For members looking for in-person training, RHP Small Group maintains a low student-to-instructor ratio with no more than 8 people per class. This allows a safe and focused training environment.
RHP Small Group members train twice per week at our Downtown Marianna location, and also enjoy the benefit of RHP App access, which includes nutrition and accountability coaching, PLUS additional workouts.
RHP Small Group offers the opportunity to train with an instructor in our fun unconventional fitness classes, as well as enjoy personalized coaching toward their goals.
Have to miss a class due to travel or other obligations? No problem. Your workout is available in your app.

You can’t beat the convenience of having your personal trainer in your pocket. Complete your workouts, message your coach, track your nutrition, and stay accountable to your lifestyle change on your schedule.
Training 1:1 with the RHP App includes personalized programming and coaching with biweekly check ins and 24/7 messenger access.
The RHP App creates the opportunity to enjoy curated workouts according to your goals and preferences, based on the equipment available to you where you are, from bodyweight exercises to a full gym.

Train one-on-one with your coach 1 or 2 times per week, with 360-degree coaching through the RHP App. This option is perfect for those seeking skill development or needing support in building safe movement patterns.
Members may choose this option indefinitely, or for 8-12 weeks while developing foundational skills.

We offer limitless training styles in our RHP App based on your goals, interests, and available equipment. Our in-person RHP Small Group training focuses on unconventional fitness for maximum return on investment in time and energy. Our Foundations program is friendly for even the most fundamental beginners.
